Today's Cache: How NASA plans to save world's wetlands?

Hello! River delta is an area of land formed by sediment deposits from the river as the flow leaves its mouth. It usually occurs where a river enters another water body like ocean, sea or lake. Climate change, erosion, and sinking land are killing the woods in these delta systems. Louisiana in the U.S. is a case in point. The state holds 40% of the country's wetlands that are rapidly disappearing
